Two very awesome men

About a year after my son passed, I was talking with an older gentleman about his good qualities. After a while, he asked what my son does now, so I told him he had passed, because of cancer. He teared up and left quickly.

I felt bad because I truly love talking about my son and the good he always did for others. A few days later, the man came back and brought me a note apologizing for the way he had left and a gold aspen leaf pendant.

Now, whenever I look at that pendant, I get to remember two very awesome men. – Jolynn 🙂
