The kindest experience of my life

I lost control of a vehicle on an icy road coming home from a thanksgiving weekend at my brother’s family’s house.

The vehicle carried my child, my girlfriend, her child and my best friend/roommate. I’ll spare the results from the wreckage, but when my son went back to school, the teachers, parents, and local firefighters all had donated clothes, bikes, toys and gift cards for the children to make sure they (we) had a great Christmas and to show their support and love for us through community.

It was a very hard time and just knowing how people come together for the sake of love was extremely overwhelming and without a doubt the kindest experience of my life. – Justin 😀
