A family tradition of giving
The holidays are coming around again. When my daughter was approaching her first Christmas I decided she had too many toys. Not wanting to throw them away, she and I sorted through and decided what we would keep and what we would donate. I didn’t know what I was starting! When her younger sister was about 3 (they are 4 years apart); both my girls came to me with boxes of toys ready for the kids that can’t write letters to Santa. They didn’t want anyone to miss out. Now, my daughter is 22 with her first child and she is asking me where she can donate toys. I pray this is just the beginning of a family tradition that never dies. – Gwen 😀
