And, in case you're wondering why they're so popular, well, many teachers and parents know that coloring isn't just for fun and with our pages, children are reading positive messages that act like affirmations to reinforce good character traits and behavior. And that's just the start! There are some other very good reasons listed below which makes coloring a healthy past time for adults as well. So, why not download the pages and join your kids in a mindfulness activity!

  • Enhances fine motor development
  • Improves hand-eye co-ordination
  • Develops spatial awareness
  • Builds concentration and focus
  • Promotes creativity and self-expression
  • Teaches colour and shape recognition
  • Relaxes and releases emotions
  • Coloring can help you sleep
  • An alternative to traditional meditation

3. Kindness Checklist

We love our checklists and the amount of kindness that is generated from them and kids do too! We even have students email photos of themselves holding their checklist when it's complete (yes, please send your too!).

What's great about these is that kids are encouraged to do acts of kindness in 4 different ways - at school, at home, in the community, and with an adult. And if adults want to get involved, there's a checklist for them as well!

Free Kids Kindness Checklists

We had some teachers ask us about custom checklists so we created one that teachers can edit themselves which includes an option for students to work in teams.
