I had to choose

We are in our 80’s and were at the store. I had a large milk for my husband and had a fat-free for me. The cashier said I could only have one (because of COVID) and had to choose so I chose the one for my husband and continued to put stuff on the counter. A beautiful young lady said she would take it, paid for it and told me it was for me.

I was shocked and thanked her so much. Made me think people are really showing kindness at this time and I was so moved, it touched my heart. Thank you, young lady. You know who you are! – Vera
