I just wanted to say thanks!

A few weeks ago we had a young lad come to our door. We are one of a few houses close to where his car was flashing the oil light.

He asked if he could borrow some oil. We gave him what we had, which was probably only enough to get him to the nearest petrol station. He left thanking us and saying he would come back with replacement oil. We said not to worry, we were happy to help. 

A few days later this was in the letter box.

“Thanks so much for the oil. Really helped! As I said, I would see you on the return. I don’t have what you gave to me but I just wanted to say thanks. Mitch. 

What a sweet kid. His parents should be proud. – Anon 😀
