No haggling brings joy to lady.

Today on our travels in Argentina I needed to purchase a watch as mine had broken, but hadn’t replaced it to date.

Walking along the markets, I found one through the language barrier with use of pen and paper – $120 pesos. I said yes to buy, lady puts on my arm and hubby counted out the money in $10 peso notes. She looked at the money and a smile of joy covered her face.

No bartering or haggling, we just paid, and she was thrilled. She has a tougher life making ends meet and it is nice to help another. $120 pesos is equal to $20 Aussie. I love my watch and bringing a smile to another. We are so lucky to live in Australia… – Ros, Finding ur wings
