Lots of people had noticed!

Your Kindness Doesn'T Go Unnoticed.
During World Kindness Week, I wanted to do something nice whilst remaining anonymous, so I stuck $2 on my work vending machine. I left a little note and included the Ripple Kindness web address.

The following week, the $2 was still there.

Thinking that perhaps no one saw it, or wanted it, I then doubted whether I should have put it up and took it down. That day as I was walking past the vending machine, another colleague casually asked if I knew where the money had gone. Had someone used it? I fessed up and told them that I’d put it there but taken it down as it was still there the following week. The colleague was standing there with sticky tape and another coin to add to it, so I sneakily put it back up along with the extra coin.

I then discovered that lots of people noticed it, but no one felt that they needed to use it and left it for someone else.

I set out hoping to make someone feel good with a random act, and it was well worth it! My colleague and I will keep the secret. – Anon 😀
