As a single mom, it was always difficult to provide the basics for my kids. We lived in a very small mountain community where everyone knew each other.
One day I was at my daughter’s volleyball game when a friend of mine came up to me. Her daughter and mine were in the same class and team. She asked me if my car was open, I said yes and didn’t think any more about it. When the game was over, kids in tow, we went to our car to go home. I opened the back of the station wagon and it was FULL of food, toilet paper, laundry soap and much more! I stood there in utter disbelief and cried. God really blessed us and my friend that evening. – Kathy
