Not rich but so blessed!

I was having lunch with my husband at a restaurant a few days before Christmas. I noticed the lady bussing tables was elderly, her eyes looked swollen and she was limping.
I felt bad for her. She was so polite, making certain everyone had what they needed. I asked our waitress what this lady’s name was. Then I reached into my purse and put two hundred dollars in an envelope with her name on it. I asked our waitress to please give it to her after we left and wish her a Merry Christmas.
After New Years we walked onto the restaurant and from a distance she saw us and came over to say thanks. She said she was able make a very special Christmas for her family. You see her husband had fallen and broked his leg and was unable to work. She was crying telling us this and so were we. We had no idea, I just knew she needed a little kindness that day and it made me feel good inside. We are no way rich financially yet we are so blessed. – Admae ❤
