That could be me!

When I was 21, I had a car and a job, but nowhere to live, so my boyfriend and I lived in my car. We would drive into a camp ground at night after collection hours and shower, then be out early in the morning before the rangers came through. That was the only reason I was able to keep my job, because nobody knew and I was always clean and on time.Three years ago we lost our business, our home, and our cars. We had no money and nowhere to go with 4 children! If it hadn’t been for some family we would’ve been on the street without a car for shelter.
There are many reasons people end up homeless and after that why they often end up on drugs/alcohol. It’s not my place to judge, I treat each of them with respect… because that could be me! Deanna ♥
