Parents have to model good behavior

I offered a little old lady some of our leftover muffins when I noticed she had accidentally dropped hers on the floor at the restaurant.

As we were leaving, my 7-year-old daughter asked me why I was always nice to old people. I told her I try to be nice to everyone.

Parents have to model good behavior to their kids, not just give it lip service. – Bruce
